  • Reservations are strongly recommended for admission and should be made online before you arrive.
  • Admission tickets are available in a 10-minute increments to manage the flow of visitors and provide a comfortable, healthy, and safe experience for everyone.
  • While there’s no limit to how long you can stay, reserving your time slot helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all.
  • Anyone who chooses to walk in may have to wait.

Raffles

Avoid the lines and enhance your festival experience by pre-purchasing raffle tickets along with your admission. Our raffles are a beloved tradition at the Festival of Trees, offering wonderful prizes including beautifully decorated trees and our annual cash raffle. If this is your first time visiting, here’s a brief overview of our raffles.

All of the beautiful trees that you view can be won by you! Purchase a set of green raffle tickets for any of the trees. They cost only $5.00 for a set of 26 tickets! Put the tickets into the tubes in front of your favorite trees or use them all for one tree that you really like. Buy several sets of raffle tickets to increase your chances of winning a beautiful creation!
Not enough room for a larger tree in your home? Visit our Mini-Tree and Wreath Gallery off the main Atrium floor to take chances on our mini-trees and wreaths! These exquisite creations will add festive flair to almost any room in your home, and again, they can be won by you!

The $5,000 cash prize will make any lucky guest’s Christmas and their whole year – the most memorable ever! These tickets are: 1 for $5.00, 6 for $10.00, and 26 for $20.00.

Trees will be raffled on Saturday, December 5, 2026, between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Winners will be called on Sunday, December 6, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Be sure to provide a telephone number where you can be reached during that timeframe.

If we are unable to speak with you directly, a message will be left stating that you have until 12:00 noon on Sunday, December 6, 2026, to call us back or come in to pick up your tree. If we do not hear from you by 12:00 noon, we will call the next name chosen in the raffle. Caller ID is NOT notification that you have won a tree.

Tree pickup is Sunday, December 6, 2026, from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM. Winners are responsible for packaging and removing their trees. Festival of Trees volunteers are unable to assist with packaging or removing trees from the building. Please bring extra hands and a vehicle large enough to transport your beautiful new tree.
