Trees
A sheet of 26 raffle tickets costs only $5.00. You may purchase as many sheets as you wish. As you view the trees you can deposit each of your 26 tickets in the ticket containers located in the front of the tree(s) you would like to win.
What Happens on the Day of the Raffle?
All trees will be raffled on Sunday, December 2nd, beginning at approximately 8:00 a.m. You do not need to be present to win a tree. A set of six tickets are drawn for each tree and the winners are contacted in the order of the sequence drawn. Phone messages will be left for potential winners, but the Festival will instruct winners to call back the phone line at 978-685-8878 to let us know that you will be in to pick up your tree. Calls are made from approximately 10:00 a.m to 12:00 noon. Remember, caller ID is not notification that you have won a tree – we must be able to contact you or leave a message.
Tree pick-up is from approximately 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m on Sunday, December 2nd. Winners are responsible for packaging and removing their tree. Extra hands and a large vehicle are recommended for larger trees!
